Payments, fees and refunds
Every payment on Shager is held safely until the buyer confirms the order arrived. These are all the fees we charge — nothing else.
Secure payments
The buyer pays, Shager holds the payment, the seller ships, the buyer confirms delivery, and only then the credit is released to the seller. Tracked shipping keeps the protection active for the whole journey.
Wallet and credit
Every account has a wallet. It is topped up by completing a sale, by bank transfer (free) or by card/PayPal. Any refund is credited back to the wallet. Withdrawals are made by bank transfer and are free.
Fees on purchases
A 5% direct-cart or 7% consolidated platform fee is added to the order, together with 5% + $0.35 payment processing and a small safeguard fee per item:

Order crediting times
Tracked orders: the credit is released to the seller once the buyer confirms the order arrived, or automatically after the shipping window plus 17 days. Consolidated orders: the credit is released once our warehouse receives and verifies the package.
Refunds
If an order is lost, incomplete or does not match the listing, report a problem from the order page before it is marked as arrived. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet, and you can withdraw the balance to your bank account for free.
