Our commitment

We see accessibility as part of the service, not an add-on. The site is built and maintained so that people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or assistive input can complete every core task: browsing the store, managing a collection, opening a shipment and contacting support.

The site aims to comply with Israeli standard IS 5568, which adopts WCAG 2.1 at level AA, and with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility), 2013.
Work on accessibility is ongoing: we test new pages before release and correct issues that are reported to us.

Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a Skip to content link.
Semantic headings, landmarks, labels on every form field and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Colour contrast that meets AA, and information that is never conveyed by colour alone.
An accessibility panel (the icon at the bottom of the screen, or Alt + A) with text enlargement, high contrast, inverted colours, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font, wider line spacing, a large cursor and an option to stop animations.
Support for the operating-system 'reduce motion' preference.
Hebrew pages are served right-to-left with the correct language attributes so screen readers pronounce them properly.

Some content comes from third parties (payment pages, carrier tracking and embedded marketplace data). We do not control their accessibility, and we will help by phone or email with any task that becomes blocked there.
If you find a page that is not accessible, please tell us — we treat it as a fault and fix it.
