How to ship Pokemon cards worldwide safely

Every card that leaves our New York facility passes through the same packing chain: penny sleeve, perfect fit sleeve, toploader or semi rigid holder, then a team bag. Movement inside the package is what damages corners, so the goal is zero travel.

For orders above a few hundred dollars we add a rigid mailer inside a corrugated box with fill on all six sides. Slabs get bubble wrapped individually and braced so the case cannot flex against the carton wall.

Customs paperwork matters as much as the packing. We declare collectible trading cards with the value you confirm at checkout, attach the commercial invoice electronically and keep a copy in your dashboard so you can answer any customs question later.

Insurance is priced from the declared value and covers loss and damage in transit. Tracked services from our carriers report scans in your Shager shipment log, so you always know which border a parcel has cleared.

The last rule is consolidation. Shipping ten cards in one insured parcel is cheaper, faster and safer than ten separate envelopes, which is why every item stays in your suite until you request a shipment.
