1. Open an account and load credit
Private suite addresses are available only to registered members who have loaded credit. Load credit to activate storage, then your personal suite details appear in your dashboard. Ship to SHAGER plus your full name as it appears on the site so intake can match the parcel to you.
2. Buy from any seller worldwide
Use the suite address at checkout on any marketplace, store or auction in the world. Purchases delivered inside New York include 5 percent state sales tax charged by the seller.
3. Intake, photos and storage
Every arrival is weighed, logged against your suite and photographed on request. Items appear in your dashboard as en route, in house or shipped out, insured while stored.
4. Add services
Request grading submissions, authentication, extra photos, repacking or protective supplies from the services panel before anything ships.
5. Request a consolidated shipment
Select the in house items you want, pick a carrier and speed, and see a live estimate including packing, insurance and any applicable tax before you confirm.
6. Track to your door
Carrier scans stream into your shipment log until delivery, and the full customs paperwork stays available in your dashboard.
