Shipping and delivery

Every order is packed and dispatched from our New York hub, in a rigid, sleeved and toploaded pack.
Flat shipping and insurance of $24 per order, tracked door to door worldwide.
Handling takes 1-2 business days; delivery is typically 6-12 business days depending on destination.
Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are paid by the buyer on arrival.

Returns and buyer protection

14 days from delivery to return an item in the condition it arrived in.
Every card is photographed before packing, so condition disputes are settled from our own record.
Items lost or damaged in transit are covered by the shipping insurance and replaced or refunded in full.
Refunds return to the original payment method within 7 business days of the item reaching us.
